BOOK YOUR EVENT

If you would like to reserve a Meeting Room or are interested in holding your non-profit/charitable Event at Mason United Methodist Church, please complete one of the following Request Forms.

 

Prior to completing the Meeting Room or Event Request Forms below, please click on this Building Use Policy link and read the complete document.  You will be asked to agree to adherence of this policy as part of the Meeting Room or Event Request Form submitting process. 

Please use this form if you are requesting room for a meeting, study, etc., for 2 - 20 people.

Please use this form if you would like the use of a large space that can accommodate up 400 people depending on seating style.
